ASL #335 FC silicone adhesive is a single component, paste like material that cures into a tough elastomer with the application of heat. This product exhibits superior unprimed adhesion to most substrates including, but not limited to, aluminum, stainless steel, chromium, copper, nickel, brass, iron, glass, ceramics, and plastics, epoxy, polyesters, and PPS.

Shelf Life

The shelf life for ASL #335FC when stored at 250C or below is six months from date of stheme-->

Cure:

For optimal properties the recommended cure schedule for ASI It335FC is 3 days at 250C and 50% RH. The product will become tack free in less than 2 minutes with a .65 mm cure thickness after 25 minutes. 95% of the physical properties are developed within 8 hours depending upon bead ththeme-->
